New Zealand Deliveries:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 NZD
Via Aramax Couriers (Formally Fastaway)
Timeframe 1 - 3 business days once order is dispatched
The flat rate shipping for Non -Rural orders under $80 is $8NZD
This allows for tracking, packaging postage & handling & direct shipping updates.
The flat rate for Rural Deliveries NZ Wide is $12.50 .Please allow extra time for delivery to rural addresses. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes, please provide a physical address during checkout.
If you fail to select the Rural shipping option during checkout we will contact you prior to shipping your order to cover the remaining balance to cover shipping. Thankyou
For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.
Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods.
Failure to collect your parcel due to not wanting to pay these fees or the parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address information or non collection from Depot will result in a return of your original order amount less $60NZD to cover the costs for processing + inbound and outbound freight costs.

No order changes or cancellations once the order has been placed.
Customs duties & Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries - if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by Divine Design NZ Ltd .

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
We aim to ship goods within 7-10 business days of receiving your order. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday. We will contact you if theres any expected delays.
Please double check your shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
We take great pride in the quality of our products, however if you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email email@example.com. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement (if in stock) or arrange a credit or refund once we have received the returned item. We will cover the costs of return shipping. Divine Design is not liable for any missing returns, & we can only process your return once we've viewed the item & deemed it faulty. Please ensure goods are sent via tracked courier & please make contact with us first using the above email address.
Please inspect all received goods upon arrival and ensure to get any returns back to us within a 3 week timeframe.
