Customer Care

We take great pride in the quality of our products, however if you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email hello@divinedesign.co.nz.

 

Customer satisfaction is very important to us,  If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement  (if in stock) or arrange a credit or refund once we have received the returned item. We will cover the costs of return shipping.  Divine Design is not liable for any missing returns, & we can only process your return once we've viewed the item & deemed it faulty.  Please ensure goods are sent via tracked courier & please make contact with us first using the above email address.   

 

Please inspect all received goods upon arrival and ensure to get any returns back to us within a 3 week timeframe.

 

If you have purchased your item via one of our stockists & have any concerns please contact the stockist directly & provide receipt of purchase.  Thankyou.

However, we give no warranty against third parties hacking into the data or any unauthorised access to the data by anyone. 

 

We take security very seriously and take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is secure. We use secure servers and industry standard data encryption whenever we are receiving or transferring your information online.

 

You may give us information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address, date of birth and telephone numbers, when you become a Divine Design customer/ Subscribe or make a purchase from us. If you do not  provide this information, we may not be able to provide goods or services to you, or arrange delivery.

 

When you visit our website we may collect information, such as the address of your Internet service provider, the name of the web page directing you, and your clicks and activity on our site, this helps us in analysing our services to ensure we are providing the most helpful & efficient shopping experience for our Customers. 

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. However, we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages, sending mail and emails, processing payments.  They will have access to your personal information needed to perform these services, but we will not authorise them to use your information for other purposes. Payment Methods

For your safety, payments are processed on an independent secure hosted website called Stripe.

Provider details are available on the payment screen. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars and Include GST.

Your credit card will be billed in NZD. If you are using an International credit card, please check with your credit card provider for exchange rates and applicable fees. GST must be included for all goods delivered in New Zealand.
